Services

We offer several different services. Self care boarding, partial care boarding, pasture rental, help with horse sells, and more.

Self Care Boarding -

Self care boarding is offered on a per month per horse bases. It is a first come first serve bases. we have limited space available.

Self care runs $75.00 per month per horse
additional feedings run $5.00 per feeding per day (your hay)
We recommend you clean your stalls once per day and feed your horses 2 x per day.

Partial Care Boarding -

Partial care boarding is offered on a per month per horse bases. It is also first come first serve due to availability.

Partial care runs $125.00 per month per horse
It includes 1 feeding per day (your hay)
You are responsible for cleaning your own stall/s and feeding your horse the 1 time per day.

Pasture Rental -

Pasture rental is only available from May thru September. We offer small pastures which include shade, water, and grass for $50.00 per month per horse.

Special Package Deal -
Pay for 6 months of board receive 7 month 1/2 off. (Must be paid at all at once in order to receive the special price.

Want to earn a discount on your board? We have one avilable;
Clean 6 stalls 2 x a week and receive $10.00 off of that months board.

Arenas -

Currently you can use the arenas at J & P Ranch for $10.00 per day. They offer a nice outdoor arena and also a smaller covered arena.

We hope to have our outdoor Arena completed by Late summer 2007

Round Pen -
We offer a 60x60 granite round pen. This is the perfect size for working your horse.

Over Night Boarding -

Over night boarding is availble. You must have current vet records, current vaccinations, and current negitive coggins. Over night boarding is currently one of our outdoor pens. We hope to have an overnight boarding barn by winter or early spring.

Over night boarding fees are as follows;
